[Qgis-user] HYPERLINK QGIS 0.9

HI,
I installed the realese of Qgis 0.9 on Windows, but I have a
problem to create an hyperlink using actions, I used it on
Qgis 0.8.1 without problems....it's changed something??
Somebody could give me an hand??
